Shipping

You are responsible for entering your information correctly when placing an on line order. We make every effort to obtain the correct information when you place order over the phone. If you enter the wrong address in your shipping information there may be an additional fee for shipping. UPS and the freight companies charge us an additional fee for wrong addresses, and� corrections for� UPS cost $5.00, and motor freight mistakes can be over $100.00. Please enter your data correctly!

Returns:

Returned goods incur a 20% restocking fee. No returns on flags that have been flown will be accepted. You will be� responsible for the shipping or motor freight of the products shipped to you, and you must prepay the return freight. Return authorization required and you should include your name and address so we know who to credit.��
