difficult for freight delivery trucks, and
require more time than a business that is open
to receive deliveries any time during hours of operation. Residential deliveries
require additional planning by freight companies, residential locations are not
on large wide streets like commercial sites, tractor trailers are difficult to
maneuver in residential areas and require more time to find, and a phone call.
All of which freight carrier charge for. If you
live in a remote area, there may be an
additional fee on top of the residential
delivery fee, or a time delay for delivery.
Or you may need to pick pole up at the freight
terminal if delivery can not be accomplished to your area or site.

Standard Delivery Area .. Mountains,
Large Cities, Islands, and very rural roads, all
may be outside standard delivery areas. Freight
companies or the driver may not be able to
deliver to your door if you live in these areas
or live in a gated community or have limited
access. The driver or freight company determine
weather or not there large freight trucks can access
you site. At the time of freight quote there is
no way for either party to know your particular
situation.
